If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

• Items returned without prior contact

Refund Process:

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
